Toast Capital and DoorDash/Parafin do not publish an API for capital balances, so there is nothing to authenticate against. This importer is the automation: copy the payment activity list out of either portal, paste it here, and every date/amount pair is read, deduplicated, and stored. Re-pasting the same statement never double-counts.

The parser accepts Sep 1, 2026 · 09/01/2026 · 2026-09-01 and handles amounts on the same line or the line below. Balance and terms lines are ignored.

Projections here are pace-based, not model-based. Each facility divides its remaining balance by actual dollars collected over the trailing 30 days of logged activity, so a sales upswing pulls the payoff date forward automatically and a soft period pushes it out. Until a statement is imported for a facility, its projection falls back to the baseline loaded from the September 2, 2026 Toast and Parafin statements.
